Phoenix's Quality Assurance Checklist
The Solution Archive contains a variety of tools to help you get your job done more quickly and efficiently. These solutions range from prototypes to fully tested, documented, and supported plug-ins.
Solutions that have passed the Phoenix QA testing process are marked with the 
symbol. This is our commitment to you that the solution you download is fully tested and supported.
Quality Assurance Highlights
- One or more Phoenix support personnel are familiar with the solution and the associated software is running in the Phoenix development lab.
- Test cases have been developed for the solution and are run on a regular basis as part of the Phoenix Quality Assurance process.
- Future releases of ModelCenter and Analysis Server are tested for backward compatibility with the solution.
What if a solution has not yet passed?
Phoenix Integration strives to make the latest solutions available to you as soon as possible and as a result, not all solutions have made it through the Quality Assurance Checklist yet. This does not mean that the solution is not suitable for your needs. We are committed to supporting all solutions, but it should be expected that assistance with some solutions will require a greater response time than others.
