Phoenix Integration Webcasts
Intelligent Decision Modeling Within Large-Scale Simulations
| Format: | On-Demand Webcast (Pdf Presentation) |
| Presenter: | Dr. Patrick Biltgen, Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory, Georgia Institute of Technology |
Overview:
Ternion Corporation's FLAMES® Constructive Simulation Framework allows the creation of a flexible simulation environment to model and analyze concepts, tactics and technologies for virtually any scenario. A critical issue in such trade studies is human decision making. FLAMES supports human decision making through the use of cognition models and allows a large number of cases to be exercised to cover all possibilities. The process however is extremely time-consuming.
Using PHX ModelCenter®, PHX CenterLink® and HPC clusters to automatically execute FLAMES simulations dramatically shortens the process, allowing planners to account for human cognition in trade studies of complex simulated scenarios.
The Webcast will include:
- Functional overview of FLAMES® Simulation Framework
- Running trade studies in FLAMES
- Running FLAMES trade studies in PHX ModelCenter®
- Benefits of PHX CenterLink® and HPC cluster extensibility
- Capabilities demonstrations of FLAMES, ModelCenter and CenterLink
