refer to Chapter 3 in your " Fundraising Guide" book that was in your
bag when you signed up.
1. Inside
the bag are address labels with the following address:

This is the location that the fundraising dollars will be sent to.
2. Please
note the directions regarding the MEMO section of your check.
On
Each check that you submit to Paycor you will need to list the following information:
NAME/EVENT/STATE/WALK or RUN
EXAMPLE:
If Edna Malone were attending the Rock and Roll ˝, she would put the following:
“EdnaMalone/RNR1/2Marathon/VA/Walk”
Note:
Wait until you have 3-4 checks before you mail them to Paycor.

In Chapter 3 you will see a page that has 6 slips... at the top of each page it
tells you
to ATTACH A SLIP WITH EACH GROUP OF FUNDS THAT YOU TURN IN TO PAYCOR.
NOTE:
Keep a copy of everything that you send into Paycor. Give me a copy and I will
make sure that Fran has a copy also. This will make sure that when it comes
time to charge your credit card that all the funds are accounted for by you, me
or Fran.
NOTE: Do
not send cash. Deposit the cash in your checking account and write a check
payable to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. All checks you receive should be
payable to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
4.
You will receive a report from Paycor every two weeks. You will need to make
sure that your money is being credited. If not then let me know ASAP so we can
see why it isn't showing.
NOTE:
When you send out your campaign letters you will sending out a contribution
envelope along with it. Make sure that this envelope has YOUR return address in
the upper left corner and on the front of the envelope. The funds have to come
back to you so you can send them on to Paycor with the proper information on
them. DO NOT PUT THE OHIO ADDRESS ON THE RETURN
CONTRIBUTION ENVELOPES OR THE FUNDS WILL NOT BE CREDITED TO YOU.
